The H2O Pro program offers FREE landscape survey services for commercial sites within the District’s service area. The survey will provide the District’s commercial customers with detailed information about their irrigation system and landscape conditions.

How to Get Started:

  1. APPLY FOR PROGRAM
    To apply, click here.
  2. INFORMATIONAL SESSION
    Initial meeting to introduce the overall program, incentives, and resources. Opportunity to discuss the account manager’s needs, concerns, and water management goals.
  3. SITE ASSESSMENT
    On-site visit to evaluate landscape conditions, irrigation system, controller technology, maintenance practices, areas of concern, and potential for implementing demand management measures.
  4. POST-ASSESSMENT REVIEW
    Meeting to deliver and review comprehensive report; explore findings, costs, and District-sponsored programs & incentives; and, develop a water management plan.
  5. 60 DAY FOLLOW-UP
    Touch point 60 days following the review session to evaluate progress toward water management goals.
  6. 120 DAY FOLLOW-UP
    Touch point 120 days following the review session to evaluate progress toward water management goals.
